The organisation will recruit and train young people with high functioning Autism or Asperger Syndrome as volunteers who can organise events and support younger children with these conditions to engage in play with their peers. The aim of the project is to increase the life chances of those involved, as they are often excluded from meaningful training or employment opportunities.
