Big Lottery Fund

This group aims to set up a social enterprise to provide craft activities and holidays to visitors to Barra and Vatersay. Profits from this would be used to run craft classes for local residents of all ages. These classes would teach local people new skills, offer employment opportunities and bring people together to prevent isolation and loneliness. The funding will be used to carry out feasibility studies into visitor activities and local resident activities.
