The YE (Youth Empowerment) CAN project is using a ?574,217 grant over five years to provide a programme for young people aged 12-18 with learning disabilities. The project is supporting young people as they move from childhood into early adulthood to improve their lives, including improving their employability, independence and confidence. Activities include training and employment through CAN?s social enterprises, one-to-one support, social activities and a young person led leadership forum.
