The project will support young adult carers making the transition from school into adulthood and further education, work or training. The scheme will help young carers to balance and manage their caring responsibilities whilst focusing on their own changing needs and future life as they become young adults and include interactive assessment training, to career advice, including CVs, job, college and university applications, and advice on leaving home and legal entitlements.
