The Adoption Support Programme is a five-year project offering a range of specialised therapeutic and counselling services to adopted children aged between 2 and 12 years and their adoptive families. The programme is led by Adoption Routes, which is the adoption agency service of the Church of Ireland Board of Social Responsibility NI, in partnership with Adoption UK (NI). They are also working with other adoption agencies in Northern Ireland, such as HSCTs and the Family Care Society.
