Big Lottery Fund

The project will provide support and specialist services for disabled and excluded children and their families. Goldhill?s mentoring programme will help young people identify their personal issues - a personal development plan will be created and implement around this. Early intervention and preventative support will be given to families facing multiple issues. Family days and outings will also be introduced in order to help families connect and build stronger bonds.
