The funding will be used to develop this project supporting people affected by acquired brain injury caused by trauma, stroke or viral infection. The project aims to help people successfully re-integrate within the community and maximise their quality of life while adjusting to the profound life changes associated with their condition. A range of practical and emotional support will be provided in hospitals, in the home and within the community through satellite groups in each of the county districts.
