People with mental health issues, across the island that do not, or cannot, access available services will receive immediate support through advice and advocacy to help resolve homelessness, food provision and medical intervention. A range of specialist organisations will help them become more resilient through intervention, accommodation help, counselling and support longer-term having identified the individual issues impacting on their lives.
