The project provides support services for disabled children, young people and their families. This will give service users the opportunity to make informed decisions about the services that will enable them to lead more ordinary lives. Individuals will be supported and trained to co deliver workshops in schools and to local health authorities and commissioners. As a result of this project, young people will build their confidence and self-esteem to self-advocate and support others.
