The socialising and advocacy project will support people aged 16 and over with higher functioning Autism and Asperger?s Syndrome, giving them the opportunity better their wellbeing. The project will provide service users with wraparound support which mixes advocacy, help with managing stress and/or poor mental health, and social opportunities that create relationships, increase social engagement and develop resilience. This will enable people to be part of a community they can trust and contribute to.
