Big Lottery Fund

The funding will be used to deliver a training programme to people with learning disabilities throughout Kent which will provide them with the skills and confidence to recognise and deal with hate crime, bullying and abuse. Experienced staff will deliver the training using visual, written and theatrical methods of teaching and the course will be tailored to people?s learning abilities. Local groups will be set up to reinforce the learning from the course on an ongoing basis and provide peer support.
