The organisation will use the funding to provide a gardening maintenance service for older and disabled people that is staffed by young volunteers. This will help young people to develop their skills and improve their employment opportunities. Older and disabled people will benefit from improvements to their gardens and a befriending service that aims to reduce social isolation.
