Project Summary :PACTO will create a system to facilitate lift-sharing across rural Pembrokeshire as a means of affordable transport, offering spare seats in cars in return for expense contributions. The project will address unmet transport needs, mitigate costs for car-owners and provide communities with access to services, activities and opportunities day and night.What Money is for :The grant over five years will cover the costs for part-time staff., and general running costs.
