The aim of this project is to deliver an intensive intervention programme, which will help people from the most disadvantaged areas to overcome multiple needs, social exclusion and barriers to work. This project will provide a co-ordinated and holistic response to the participants? needs improving their work readiness, supporting them into education or training opportunities and into employment.
