The organisation will use the funding to upgrade its computers and radio broadcast equipment to industry standard specifications and enable it to continue to deliver training to volunteers in community radio station broadcasting and voluntary sector initiatives such as internet radio for people with visual impairment. This will strengthen the community by ensuring that local people have a means of engaging in local issues and sharing their views.
