This is a continuation and development of previous work which aims to improve the health, well-being, life chances and skills of people recovering from alcohol and drug misuse. It will provide transitional pathways from substance misuse to sustained recovery, volunteering and employment, by developing confidence, self-efficacy, and skills through recovery activities, volunteering opportunities and work experience, and increase social capital and transition into further opportunities.
