Ravenscroft Community Primary School

Friday 3 October 2014

Big Lottery Fund

This is a project by a primary school in Merseyside. The organisation will use the funding to run filmmaking, editing and scriptwriting workshops for local children, adults and families. This will give beneficiaries the opportunity to develop technology and literacy skills and use them to create films that will be shown to the wider community and other local schools, encouraging the development of new skills using them for creative activities, raising aspirations and motivation.

Some grants may be paid in stages, and later payments may be conditional on completing earlier funded work. In some cases, grants for capital projects may be reduced or increased if the underlying project costs change. The value shown here should not, therefore, be considered immutable.
