Scarth Memorial Village Hall Association will refurbish and upgrade existing facilities to enable an expansion of services to reduce isolation, improve health behaviours, skills and employability. The hall is nearly 140 years old with difficult access and a poor kitchen.The upstairs room will become a computer hub and there are plans to hold a cinema club.
