Big Lottery Fund

This builds on an existing project delivered by Staffordshire North and Stoke on Trent Citizens Advice Bureau which aims to provide an outreach advice service delivered in local communities to help benefit claimants adjust to changes brought by the Government?s Welfare Reform Programme. A new service delivery model will be developed in response to these changes to meet the various needs of different beneficiary groups. The project aims to help more than 600 beneficiaries impacted by welfare reform.
