The organisation will use the funding to pay therapists to deliver a therapeutic art group and self help training course for adults who are vulnerable due to a disability, mental health problems or substance misuse issues. This will increase the confidence and self esteem of beneficiaries and help them to develop coping strategies to improve relationships, reduce anxiety or depression.
