The two year project will be delivered by the United Communities Network and will expand on the existing services it currently provides. The project aims to offer support to black, ethnic and minority women in the area with issues associated with social isolation, and minimal personal and financial autonomy. This will be provided through personal support and training to improve their employment prospects, skills, aspirations, as well as self-esteem and self-confidence.
