Womens Aid

Friday 1 April 2016

Big Lottery Fund

The aim is to transform the lives of women and girls by a systemic change to policy, practice and commissioning that promotes early intervention and reduces the prevalence, impact and tolerance of domestic abuse. Women and children will find safety from abuse earlier and be better supported to recover and achieve independence, agencies involved will be presented with a clear approach unhampered by differences of view within the sector, and commissioners of services will adopt a tried and tested approach.
