The organisation will work with vulnerable and disadvantaged young people, aged 18-30, who are residents at the YMCA Campus in Alvaston. They will be provided with activities and opportunities to help them to take back control of their lives whilst their confidence and aspirations. Support will be dependent on individual?s needs but will last twelve months on average and provide them with the skills to seize the opportunities that will improve their life prospects.
