The project will use the funding to develop a previous intergenerational project attracting new beneficiaries through discussion and workshops for young and older people to share their life experiences and stories and share their project at local community venues. This will aim to address isolation and bring these communities closer together.

This project will use the funding to run a youth club for children, their parents, carers and siblings who are living with Autism and other disabilities. This will provide a social outlet for a beneficiary group which has no provision locally.

This project will use the funding to install a shelter, pathway, seating and landscaping within the school grounds. This will provide an area for quiet contemplation and discussion for children and parents to help them take some time out, cope with stress, reduce anxiety and improve their mental health.

This is the development and continuation of a project that aims offer a range of activities to the local community to help tackle social isolation and encourage further community cohesion. The group will extend and convert the centre?s garage into a usable space and will offer more activities, such as crafts and healthy cooking sessions, and volunteering opportunities.

The organisation will use the funding to deliver weekly sessions (3 x 3 hours) focussing on nutritional information, exercise, and child interaction skills development sessions to absent or uninvolved fathers . This will improve their parenting skills and interaction with their children resulting in improved personal relationships and esteem of the children.

The organisation will use the funding to replace the flooring to the main building, install security proof doors with ramps for wheelchair access. This will enable the organisation to improve the local facility used by the disabled members of the scout group and other local groups in the wider community to have access to the building which will engage all of the community to socially interact, reduce social isolation and improve community cohesion.

The organisation will use the funding to create an outdoor play area on the school grounds to include a water wall, mud kitchen, sand play, magic mountain and digging area for the benefit of young people in the local community.
