The project will offer emotional support as well as information and education on self-management of ME (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Encephalopathy), also known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, which is an illness which is difficult to diagnose and symptoms are severe and debilitating fatigue, painful muscles and joints, disordered sleep, gastric disturbances, poor memory and concentration.
