This group will use the funding to build a new practice facility at their club. This will allow their successful schools engagement programme to expand.

This school will use the funding to purchase a range of sporting equipment to be used in their extra-curricular sports clubs and to assist with the setting up of new clubs at the school.

This group will use the funding to provide volunteer opportunities for hard to reach groups such as those with mental health issues and people from ethnic minorities to help them lead a healthy lifestyle and to reduce isolation.

This group provide services to people with learning disabilities in Inverclyde by offering horticultural therapy and community based programmes. The group will commission consultants to carry out an organisational review which will support the Board to undertake planned, sustainable growth for the organisation. An options appraisal will examine various service development options to be considered in consultation with service users, stakeholders and the wider community.

Heid O' the Hill Heritage

This project will support pupils to become sports and dance leaders who will deliver dance clubs to other pupils in the school, feeder primaries and other sports clubs. Additionally, the school will run a pilot mountain biking club.

St Francis Primary School

This school will use the funding for sports equipment and strips for their after school sports programme.

Up the Broomy

This project will facilitate outings and social events for older residents to Ayr and Edinburgh with the aim of tackling social isolation.

St Columba's High School

This school will use the funding for outdoor equipment in order to provide the children with activities such as hill walking, kayaking and camping.

This group will pilot a perinatal mental health support service to ten pregnant women and their families that include children up to age two years. This will provide early intervention in perinatal mood disorders. The service will comprise weekly sessions for 8 -12 weeks of both individual counselling and couple counselling where appropriate. It will work in partnership with the existing Perinatal Mental Health Group (PMHG) in Inverclyde to develop a peer support community led mother support programme.

Five Little Stones Ltd

This school will use the funding for items for their extra-curricular activities including their breakfast club.

The project will change the way in which people are able to interact with the hospice, making services more responsive and accessible. It will allow the organisation to transform its day support service in order to reach underrepresented groups in Inverclyde through the use of satellite sites and community hubs.

This project will develop the organisation's community based support service for people with epilepsy and their carers?, and expand the project beyond Grampian and Fife into Highland and Tayside. It will support carers to cope better and feel more supported as they care for a person with epilepsy.

This group will build upon their existing CEDAR (Children Experiencing Domestic Abuse Recovery) programme aimed at supporting children and their mothers affected by domestic abuse by extending the target group to include those children who are currently in kinship care or who are looked after and accommodated, giving them access to the programme with their guardian or carer.

This project will use the funding to deliver a daily Summer play scheme and holiday club for children and young people using the service for a period of 5 weeks during the school holidays.

Access Technology Scotland CIC

This group will strengthen and expand their service which provides counselling and specialist therapy services. It will support 212 vulnerable children and their parents/carers in Inverclyde to cope with and move on from trauma (including grief, bullying, risky behaviours, sexual abuse, caring and addictions).

This group will use the funding for an 8-day walking expedition to Buckie.

This group will use the funding to invest in better equipment and provide more sporting opportunities.

This group will use the funding for a family poetry project to encourage parents and children to enjoy poetry together and develop language and literacy skills.

REACH for Autism CIC

This group will use the funding to deliver training and support to families and carers with Autistic dependants.

This group will use the funding to establish regular tea dances bringing together elderly people from the local community, from their care home and from the care facilities that Quarriers operates in the Village.

This group will use the funding for weekly sessions for children, family sessions and a family support group.

Craigend Resource Centre (CRC) is based in the east of Greenock. The centre is leased from Inverclyde Council but CRC have the council say that a nil value community asset transfer will take place if there is a robust business plan developed. CRC will engage a consultant to conduct community consultation and develop a business plan which will look at the options for reconfiguring and expanding the accommodation in the centre and the potential for establishing a social enterprise to manage the centre.

This group will use the funding to deliver therapeutic activities for survivors of childhood abuse.

This project will see the club improve their social area seating to coincide with their 150th anniversary celebrations.

This initiative is a continuation and expansion of an existing programme. Aimed at helping individuals experiencing longterm mental ill health, the programme uses a range of emotional support techniques promoting an asset based approach which focuses on existing but dormant skills to improve emotional resilience factors.

This organisation will run a three year project 'Positive Futures Project ? Community Based Family Support'. The project will provide support to parents and carers living in Inverclyde through the provision of training courses, informal parenting groups and adult/child workshops. The adult/child workshops consist of a range of practical play opportunities. The project will also fund four parenting support groups and the development of five volunteer tutor assistants.

This project will see the club arrange a variety of trips to local history venues. This group will then use their skills learned through computer training to create a booklet documenting their trips which they will share with others within the community.

This group was set up to help to provide floral displays for the village. This funding will be used to provide a planter, compost and plants.

This club will use the funding to celebrate their 100th anniversary through a programme of special events including a gala day, a dinner dance and an exhibition match.

The organisation will be able to develop and extend its support for people with mental health issues to help improve their employability prospects and will help them to access mainstream employability services. At present the programme works from two locations which are some distance apart and the funding will enable them to buy a vacant site and transform it into a new horticultural training and community facility for not only the people they work with but the whole community.

This group will engage a consultant to carry out a feasibility study including community consultation which will be used to inform a business plan for the new community centre which they will run. The group has been involved in the design of the building, and have also involved local residents in this process. The feasibility study will help to ensure that the centre is fit for purpose and provides services relevant to potential service users.

The group will stage a theatre performance and run performance related workshops for local school children.

The group will renovate an existing play park within the community.

This group seek to alleviate isolation amongst older people, they will use the funding to provide tutors and equipment for their learning sessions.
