This group provide financial guidance to community ventures and raise funds for those ventures. The group will use the grant for an innovative playpark within the village.

This group support people helping them achieve a more active lifestyle and the health benefits this provides. This project will allow the group to create an online/offline programme to support people become more active.

This group provide support services for people who have experience of mental illness. The project will allow the group to stage a themed film festival in three locations in Perth & Kinross.

This group operate a creative writing group, a reading group, a craft group and an arts groups which benefit people with mental health issues. The funding will be used for artist who will facilitate the three existing arts groups and establish a fourth arts group.

This group will use the funding to deliver table tennis sessions during the day to local people with the aim of increasing participation in table tennis and improving people?s health. The sessions will take place at the local sports centre and will be led by Table Tennis Scotland accredited coaches.

Scone Parish Went to War

This associations ?Volunteering and Befriending? programme will continue and expand their existing activities and befriending work to reducing isolation and loneliness amongst older people. A variety of activities are delivered in Caledonia Housing Association properties such as IT work, knitting groups or lunch clubs. Presently there are 23 separate groups involved across Dundee and Fife, the expanded delivery will create groups in Perth and Kinross, and Angus.

This project will support integration and capacity building of migrant communities and individuals. They will provide help in accessing local services, tailored support, cultural training, volunteer development opportunities, ESOL classes and community groups. Participants will be principally from Eastern European, South Asian and Chinese origins.

This school will use the funding to install a range of outdoor play equipment in their grounds.

This charity provides activities and runs events for the Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorer Scouts. The funding will be used to buy a new marquee that is used for their activities but also hired by the local community for private parties and community events.

This association will use the grant to both continue and to develop their support service for young carers aged 5 to 18 years old. This is the only support service of this nature for young carers in Perth and Kinross and has been operating for 15 years. Each young person will have a personal plan, the opportunity to take part in recreational activities, respite breaks and the opportunity to take part in other social events. An ongoing one to one support from specialist staff will also be provided.

This group will use this three year grant to further develop its services for local families. The group works directly with children, young people and families affected by a range of neuro-developmental disorders such as autism and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, as well as mental health problems including eating disorders, depression and self-harm. The grant will enable the group to recruit new staff, and to develop and deliver a more sustainable programme of services.

Residency - Exploring the Ericht and its changes through time ? research and development proposal

This group will use the funding to continue the Horizon Lunch Club for older people from the Aberfeldy community including outlying villages. The club supports the older people by helping to reduce isolation and loneliness, and by encouraging members to take part in social activities and interact through a range of other activities including basic IT skills support. The club encourage its members to learn new skills, to learn from each other and to build the confidence to take up new opportunities.

This project will provide ESOL tutoring for people of all ages living in Perth who wish to learn English as a second language.

This group provide arts and crafts for people suffering from mental health problems and isolation. They will use the funding for venue hire, materials and storage equipment.

The Community School of Auchterarder

This school will use the funding to expand their extra curricular gymnastics club.

This group will use the grant to continue their services in the Western Isles (Stornoway and Benbecula) providing learning and support for chronic pain sufferers. The association will expand to provide a new service on Barra where sufferers are isolated from mainstream chronic pain services and are currently subject to extremely long waiting lists with few positive outcomes.

Perth College

The college will run a pilot project entitled ?Digital Ninjas? to match young volunteers with older people to improve communication across generations. This will benefit older people by enabling them to gain digital skills to reduce or eliminate their digital exclusion. Young people will benefit from gaining communication and other soft skills through volunteering, this will count towards the volunteering element of the Duke of Edinburgh awards, and SQA volunteering skills award at SCQF Level 4, 5 or 6.

Dundee Polish Saturday School CIC

This project will deliver sports and cultural activities through the year, and culminate in a family celebration day in June 2017 to coincide with International Children?s Day.

Collace Primary School

This group seeks to build upon their current model and successes and further develop the support provided to families through a number of initiatives. The project aims to give children and their mothers? greater resilience and improve their relationships, while also increasing knowledge and understanding in communities of the impact of domestic abuse on families and how to respond to it.

The club will use the funding to build a driving range that can be used by both members and non-members as well as being made available for local schools.

This group will provide out of school childcare for Polish speaking children. The funding will be used for start up costs.

Scottish Farm Land Trust

This group aims to create secure and affordable opportunities for young people and new entrants to farming, to help them establish and sustain small ecological farms. The funding will be used to develop their idea for an ecological, community-orientated model of farming in Scotland. This will involve an examination of the legal and financial options to enable the ambitions of the Trust to be met. A report and business plan will be made available at the end of the project.

Loch Tayside Community Interest Company

This group will use the funding to employ a project manager and engage a consultant to carry out a community consultation and feasibility study for a 22-mile path along the northern side of Loch Tay. This path will link the settlements of Kenomre, Fearnan, Lawers and Killin. The aim of the path is to create a safe off-road multi-use route for walkers, cyclist and horse-riders, providing safe routes for these activities for people of all ages and abilities, and to encourage active travel.
