This project will install disabled toilet facilities within the local parish social club in order to improve access and increase engagement in community activities.

This is a project by a community organisation based in East Hampshire, serving people in Barking and Dagenham. The group will use the funding to carry out a series of engagement exercises with residents of the community to establish future needs and understand local skills and assets. This will enhance community cohesion and improve relationships locally, and the results of the preliminary exercises will enable the group to plan a series of future participatory projects.

This charity will use the funding to support the purchase of a community minibus and additional mobility adaptations. This will provide community transport for a rurally isolated village which will provide access to local community activities and events for residents within the village, specifically older people and those with disabilities who are socially isolated.
