This group will develop their project, aiming to meet the needs of socially isolated individuals, with an emphasis on those aged 65 and over. The emphasis is to reduce the number of over 65s living in social isolation by helping them to become more involved in a range of activities designed to help them feel healthier, happier and more active, be better connected and have an opportunity to develop new skills and interests. The project will be delivered from a new hub that will run social activities.

Significant repairs to the ancient church building and providing toilet facilities for the community

This project will deliver a range of mental health support to pupils and will also include family drop in sessions and mental health awareness training for staff and parents. This will improve the mental and emotional wellbeing of pupils, increase their resilience and confidence and reduce social isolation.

This group will use the funding to rebrand their organisation which will include the development of a new website and publicity materials. This will raise awareness of the services they provide to young people with special needs, disabilities and their families following the recent development of their services into a new catchment area.

This organisation will use the funding to deliver weekly therapeutic drumming sessions for the local community, including people experiencing poor mental health. This will engage people in positive activities, with the aim of boosting confidence, self-esteem and improving their mental health and overall wellbeing.

Rise of the Kent Phoenix

The funding will be used to deliver 30 Christians Against Poverty (CAP) Money Kids courses which will be supported by the school and volunteers. The project aims to provide children with the skills to manage their finances and prevent personal debt in the future.

The funding will be used by a charity to expand their free trauma counselling service to people affected by crime into new geographical areas. The project aims to increase the organisation's capacity to help more people in a wider area.

This project will install a log cabin, composting toilets and gardening equipment on the group's allotment grounds. This will enable the group to accommodate a range of organisations and deliver gardening and healthy eating activities with the aim of bringing the local community together and reducing social isolation.

This project will install a new wet pour safety surface within their local play area for the benefit of the local community. This will improve accessibility and ensure the area is safe to use for families.

This project will purchase medical equipment so they can provide free hearing tests to people in the community as well as provide any necessary long term after care. This will enable the organisation to diagnose hearing loss and help people with hearing loss manage their disability by offering a support service.

This project will use the funding to make their caf? more family friendly by purchasing soft play equipment and interactive books. It will also deliver craft and sewing courses for mums and refurbish two meeting rooms so it can be used for activities and sessions by community groups. This will provide a community facility which will be open to all.

Couch to 5k

The school will use the funding to employ a sessional mental health support worker who will deliver a range of specialised activities including confidence building, image therapy and communication skills aimed a pupils and their families. This will enable beneficiaries to build resilience, improve their mental health and reduce social isolation.

The organisation will use the funding to install a multi-sensory, wheelchair accessible all-weather activity trail. This will provide an accessible outdoor environment to stimulate and calm children through sensory motor circuits.

The school will use the funding to install an outdoor gym for pupils aged 15-19 with severe and complex learning difficulties. This will encourage beneficiaries to engage in physical activities, reduce obesity and improve their overall health and well-being.

The group will use the funding to deliver training for its volunteers who support the needs of people in who are in custody in the criminal justice system. This will build capacity for the organisations and improve its service delivery.

This school will use the funding to construct an agility trail and lay artificial grass in the school grounds for the benefit of children within the wider rural community. This will provide access to outdoor recreational and play facilities to improve the health and wellbeing and physical, learning and emotional development of children and young people within a rural community.

This charity will use the funding to create a business plan, offer training support and coaching, improve its strategic fundraising skills and run one to one and social enterprise workshops for its services users. This will improve the services on offer and build the infrastructure and resources of the group, enabling it to develop its activities working with ex-offenders, people who are socially isolated and those with mental health issues.

This charity will use the funding to deliver information on mental health and self-help training to residents and local organisations. This will increase awareness of mental health issues, reducing the stigma and myths to enable residents to support the community for better recovery and coping strategies.

This organisation will use the funding to purchase a people carrier for the transportation of young people, their families and volunteers. This will enable the organisation to provide transportation for multi-agency meetings for disadvantaged young people and their families as well as the delivery of goods and furniture to families in crisis.

This charity will use the funding to pay for staffing resources and a mower which will allow them to upgrade and repair the footpaths and grass paths within a local nature reserve. This will provide a safe and accessible green space within the local community which will be used by groups and individuals and allow access to those with mobility issues, providing an outdoor community green space for those who are socially isolated.

This organisation will use the funding to refurbish the scout hut including a new roof, windows and external cladding. This will make the local scout hut safe and secure for use by young people in the community and provide a community hub for scouting activities.

This organisation will use the funding to purchase a yurt as an additional place to host activity sessions for vulnerable children and their families. This will enable the organisation to expand their services and give them the opportunity to host more events and sessions.

This organisation will work with local special schools, local authorities, conservation organisations and autism charities to produce a guide for parents and carers to assess the suitability of places in nature for children with autism, including outdoor education sessions. This will provide the resources and activities to help autistic children engage with the countryside and nature, and provide a specialist guide for families to enable them to plan and prepare for a visit with their child.

The organisation will use the funding to run a five-month drop-in advice pilot project operating out of a former retail space in a town centre. This will enable the group to provide a central location for people to access advice and services, increasing the number of people who will benefit from local community transport, activities for older people and specialist guidance.

The organisation will use the funding to purchase and install a new heating system to replace the current system which is becoming inefficient and ineffective. This will enable the organisation to provide future sustainability for the hall and prevent the closure of the venue in the winter months, when many groups in the community rely on it.

The organisation will use the funding to run a social club for young people aged 18-25 with special needs and another integrated club for young people aged 12-17 with special needs, their siblings and any other young person that may wish to attend. This will enable the organisation to encourage socialisation, reduce the stigma attached to young people with special needs and also to teach life skills in order to focus on moving towards independence.

The funding will be used to hold a community music event to bring local young people together and to raise awareness of and improve access to local charities and organisations.

The funding will be used to offer antenatal classes, postnatal support, baby massage and parenting classes for local vulnerable parents and families. This will provide information and support for families affected by isolation and postnatal depression, and for families with babies who have special needs.

The organisation will use the funding to purchase a potting shed to enable them to run an extracurricular gardening club for children aged between 4 years and 16 years with behavioural, emotional and mental health problems. This will aim to promote physical and mental wellbeing and ease the stress associated with behavioural, emotional and mental health issues.

The funding will be used to purchase a large storage unit for tools at this woodland project which helps maintain the local woodland for the wider community to enjoy.

This will enable the group to provide modern and fully-accessible toilet facilities to visitors, service users and local community groups, as well as accommodate a wider range of organisations such as mother toddler groups by providing appropriate facilities.
