Relocation and development of Spelthorne Gymnastics

This organisation will use the funding to run therapy sessions and provide support to people suffering from post traumatic stress disorder. The sessions will help to rapidly resolve the impact of trauma and increase the self esteem of participants with the aim of reducing the stigmatisation of people labelled with a mental health issue.

The funding will be used to purchase flood defence kits to be used by the project to provide training for volunteers in flood rescue.
