This group will use the funding to deliver a series of workshops that will focus on promoting social inclusion. This will reduce levels of isolation and encourage people to become more active in the community.

This group will use the funding to deliver equestrian themed therapy programmes for young people who may be living with mental or emotional health issues. Participants? mental health and wellbeing will be improved, as well as their confidence and social skills.

This project will install a set of outdoor gym equipment. This will enable children, including those with special needs, to access activities which benefit their development and wellbeing.

This project will develop new platforms of digital support for rurally located village halls and community buildings in the region. This will create new ways of supporting community organisations and help them plan for sustainability.

Erlestoke House Community Interest Company

The group will use the funding to carry out upgrades to the village shop internet, display counter and freezer system, and repave the area around the front of the shop. This will enable the organisation to continue to operate safely and effectively, improving the capacity and safety for service users.

This project will support adults with mental health issues, in particular ex-offenders, veterans and those from minority ethnic communities, through activities at nature reserves and green spaces. After a taster session and induction meeting, people with diagnosed conditions, alcohol and drug dependency and non-clinical health issues will take part in conservation and outdoor activities, from tree planting to guided walks. They will also be signposted to volunteering, training and job opportunities.

The group will use the funding to run a series of training course for search and rescue teams. This will enable participants to gain new skills related to searching for and supporting vulnerable people who have gone missing.

This grant will be used to support those furthest from the labour market to overcome barriers and move towards and into education, training and employment across the Swindon and Wiltshire LEP area. Focusing those most disadvantaged in the labour market, the project will provide personalised support including a ?wrap ? around? or multi ? agency approach where necessary.

New Routes to outdoor arts

The group will use the funding to hold play parties in a soft play area, for young people of different ages, specifically those with special educational needs and their parents and carers. This will enable beneficiaries to come together with their peers and socialise in a safe controlled environment to reduce their isolation and develop their social skills.

Unearthed 2016 UK Tour & Young Carers Workshops

The grant will be used to engage with people furthest from the labour market and from disadvantaged areas to move closer to work. The development funding will be used for business development costs, partnership development, contractual and legal costs, publicity and branding materials, and the development of the monitoring and evaluation framework.

Inspiring people to explore WiltshireÔÇÖs natural environment ÔÇô a new gallery at the Wiltshire Museum

The group will use the funding to provide training and information for people affected by drug and alcohol abuse, mental ill health and homelessness on the subject of eye health and treatment. Health care providers and workers will also be offered training to better meet the specific needs of these groups. This will improve the health and wellbeing of the beneficiaries.

The group will use the funding to improve the heating and toilet facilities at the hall so that they conform to current health and safety regulations. This will allow the varied community groups who use the hall to continue doing so which will help reduce social isolation.

The group will use the funding to deliver workshops for young carers to share their experiences and create a multimedia showcase to highlight their achievements. This will broaden young people?s experiences and inspire carers to achieve their full potential.

The group will use the funding to extend the village hall to include a separate reception area for the doctor?s surgery within the building for the local community. This will ensure the surgery meets current Care Quality Commission requirements regarding patient security and privacy.
