This group will use the funding to bring young people together to produce a film related to the issue of bereavement. The project will provide participants with opportunities to socialise and access positive activities, increasing their self-esteem and in turn mental wellbeing.

The project will use the funding to deliver a programme of outdoor activity sessions that are designed to support young people with autism or learning disabilities. This will improve the social wellbeing for young people who are experiencing the effects of isolation.

A project to provide an outreach service for people in rural communities offering advice on issues including access to foodbanks, accommodation, benefits and debt advice. The scheme will provide specialist support on addiction counselling, mental health, and mobility issues and access to health and social care. The project will also provide volunteer befrienders for people needing more long tern support to help reduce isolation, build confidence and self esteem.
