This group will use the funding to provide volunteer home support to older people who are socially isolated from the black, Asian and minority ethnic community. This will provide social interaction and support through regular home visits to help people with their day-to-day lives.

A wellbeing project for older people from the black and minority ethnic community will be funded. Cookery and gardening activities will allow them to grow and cook African Caribbean food, which will encourage social interaction with their peers and develop new skills.

A youth enterprise hub and training scheme will be created, allowing young people to develop skills which will improve their chances of finding employment.

This group will use the funding to bushcraft sessions for the local community, in particular children and families living with learning difficulties or a disability. This will improve their knowledge of nature and improve their mental health and wellbeing.

This group will use the funding to carry out a feasibility and pilot project for a community cafe. This will provide people with mental health problems with a venue where they can socialise and obtain advice and support.

This group will use the funding to run a wellbeing project with the online platform, Zumos, for children in the school who are not confident in confiding in members of staff, parents or carers. This will develop better approaches to tackling behaviour and confidence issues.

This funding will replace the group?s central heating system which is no longer fit for purpose. The local community will be able to make use of the venue for activities and events.

This project will get young people taking part in sport, media and creative arts activities and develop a new programme of counselling and workshops aimed at helping young people to make informed choices about their health and wellbeing. A new outreach programme will also extend the reach of the project to places where there is currently no provision. This will include buying a new mini-bus to help with transportation.

Intense therapy will be provided to local people who are living with speech disorders and issues. This will create new opportunities for personal development and increase life chances in this community.

Two four week courses will be funded, which aim to increase participants? confidence and motivation and improve their employability skills. The courses will also support participants with exploring opportunities for work experience, apprenticeships and employment.

This group will use the funding to run holiday trips for children and young people. Participants from disadvantaged backgrounds will be able to participate in activities which benefit their health and wellbeing.

This group will use the funding to create two sculptures, made by people with experience of the issues around suicide, filming the creative process and displaying the finished work in a local public space. The project will help improve the participants? health and wellbeing.
