North Lincolnshire Music Futures

The funding will be used to run a taxi voucher scheme for older residents of Winterton and District, and transport to the group's fortnightly lunch club. The project aims to reduce isolation and help older people to access social and recreational activities and support services.

The project aims to support local people who have poor health outcomes, mental health issues and enduring long term conditions linked to lifestyle and deprivation. The expansion of the project will involve a more focused support for people with mental health issues. Activities such as the expansion of the allotment, fitness sessions, women's group and youth activities will be available.

The school will install outdoor gym equipment. This will provide pupils with safe and stimulating facility and encourage physical exercise, with the aim of improving behaviour and reducing childhood obesity.

The organisation will use the funding to provide a homework and revision club for children from BME and migrant communities as well as a residential outdoor education trip. This will help to increase children?s academic performance and engage them in positive activities.

Essential repairs to St Oswald's Crowle and Interpretation of its history for the whole community

This new project supports children and young people in North Lincolnshire who have to deal with the substance and alcohol misuse of their parents and are more likely to replicate it or have to cope with a resulting trauma. The service aims to break the cycle of substance misuse and give the young people improved chances in life, improve the health of beneficiaries, reduce negative behaviour and dependence on support services.

The organisation will use the funding to transform their centre's back garden for the local community. This will provide a safe outdoor space for the local community to access and enjoy.

The organisation will use the funding to celebrate their successful activities and history by bringing the wider community together to reflect on bygone memories of their local area. This will provide a range of activities for the whole community to be involved in and enable residents to appreciate the history of where they live.

The project will also create volunteer opportunities including facilitating sports sessions, discussions and group work on topics such as healthy relationships, school, families, crime and personal safety. The organisation will use the funding to furnish and equip their new community building, to include kitchen appliances, tables and chairs. This will enable the venue to open for community events and activities, with the aim of reducing social isolation.
